What kind of parking problems do you have?

We comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) and the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Also as a member of the Houston Apartment Association, we adhere to the regulations outlined in the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) Redbook.

Permit requirements for private property towing:

A private property towing permit is required for us to remove a vehicle authorized by the parking facility owner.

Permit renewal:

Permits are valid for one year.

Display of information:

Each tow truck must display Ideal Towing, contact information, and permit number.

Insurance requirements:

Ideal Towing maintains liability insurance coverage for each tow truck.

License requirements for private property towing operators:

Each Ideal Towing driver has a private property towing operator's license.

One or more parking spaces may be designated for specific purposes in an area of the parking lot that is otherwise unrestricted.

Ideal Towing can also help re-stripe your parking lot, and at the same time, update the accessible parking spaces as is required by ADA Standards for Accessible Design (Section 4.6.3). Let us help you be ADA-compliant by determining the:

· Number of accessible spaces needed for cars and vans

· Appropriate space size for cars and vans

· Location of the spaces on the parking lot
